- Analyze business operational and commercial data
- Assess automation opportunities for readiness and risks
- Assist in designing and documenting automated workflows
- Build prompt library for reporting and follow up
- Build reports dashboards and trackers
- Create dashboard and tracker prototypes
- Develop quick reference guides for AI tools
- Develop test reusable prompts and templates
- Document current workflows
- Document manual workflows and automation candidates
- Ensure responsible AI and human review
- Evaluate processes for automation
- Identify AI opportunities for business processes
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements
- Support adoption of Microsoft Copilot
- Support data validation and reconciliation
- Test AI outputs against source data
- Translate business questions into requirements and workflows
