- Author technical design and build documentation
- Build custom MCP tooling and agentic applications
- Deploy integration frameworks
- Design AI powered solutions in ServiceNow
- Design user friendly workflows for customization
- Develop and configure ServiceNow integrations
- Implement API development and scripting
- Integrate and orchestrate third party large language models
- Participate in project meetings and daily scrums
- Research systems and provide implementation estimates
