- Implement RAG systems for business documentation and product knowledge
- Implement prompt evaluation output validation and regression testing
- Implement responsible AI governance guardrails audit logs and compliance
- Implement rollback and human in the loop strategies
- Lead AI platform development and operations
- Manage feedback loops from operational teams
- Measure AI reliability using KPIs
- Monitor model performance drift and reliability
- Standardize reusable AI patterns for knowledge assistants
- Support PoCs for business use cases
- Track defects for AI behaviors
- Train fine tune and evaluate AI agents
