• Improve governance practices templates and reporting mechanisms
• Manage cross initiative dependencies risks and issues
• Manage program cadence and stage gate reviews
• Own program reporting schedule scope risks and financials
• Prepare investment and steering committee materials and decisions
• Track QA validation regulatory and information governance artifacts and approvals
