Tasks
- Analyze multi parameter tuning problems
- Analyze test station data for test pruning yield improvement and throughput optimization
- Build supervised machine learning models for test outcome prediction
- Create reports dashboards and notebooks for model performance
- Develop AI ML models for test data analysis
- Develop Python scripts for test data cleaning and feature extraction
- Document experiments model assumptions results and recommendations
- Evaluate optimization methods to reduce tuning and test cycle time
- Integrate machine learning prototypes with test automation frameworks
- Perform anomaly detection on test behavior
