- Define production AI service standards
- Define reference architecture for AI and model operations
- Design inference patterns for batch near realtime and interactive workflows
- Design model registry evaluation and observability pipelines
- Drive observability cost performance telemetry and operational support
- Establish repeatable deployment and governance patterns
- Implement evaluation offline testing human in the loop regression drift monitoring and quality gates
- Implement governed AI backbone with lineage auditability access controls
- Integrate models and AI services into APIs and applications
- Mentor engineers on deployment infrastructure tradeoffs service design and operations
- Operate model lifecycle deployment monitoring retraining rollback and incident response
- Plan roadmap architecture reviews vendor assessment and implementation sequencing
- Translate scientific workflows into operational patterns and platform requirements
