AIMS Fulfillment Specialist
Tasks
- Coordinate logistics and scheduling with warehouse and branch managers
- Enter sales orders into inventory system
- Follow up on customer information requests
- Handle inventory storage and product delivery
- Maintain pricing awareness and sales guidelines
- Maintain product and inventory knowledge through training
- Manage onsite inventory and hardware box location
- Organize and cleanup product inventory
- Participate in sales and marketing events
- Proactively update customers on order delays
- Provide education on product solutions
- Research and source products for customers
- Resolve customer complaints and disputes
- Respond to customer sales inquiries and concerns
- Track and communicate inventory or pricing discrepancies
