Area Manager I, Fulfillment
Tasks
- Conduct internal audits
- Coordinate with procurement for inventory and ingredient supply
- Create and implement operational processes and procedures
- Ensure GMP compliance
- Ensure SQF compliance
- Ensure documentation and design controls
- Ensure workplace safety compliance
- Lead and coach associates and leads
- Manage warehouse receiving shipping distribution to ensure productivity
- Oversee receiving shipping fulfillment storage distribution logistics
- Provide employee training and corrective direction
- Relay quality philosophy to warehouse personnel
- Resolve nonconformities from internal and external audits
- Track and close preventive corrective actions
