Assembly Fulfillment Coordinator - Weekend Shift
Tasks
- Adjust assembly line controls and process
- Adjust assembly process to meet specifications
- Analyze product assembly
- Assign assembly and fulfillment tasks
- Count stack mark band and transport finished product
- Direct fulfillment department employees equipment and materials
- Evaluate line operations and recommend improvements
- Inspect products for defects
- Investigate safety and quality problems
- Maintain compliance with safe operating procedures
- Manage material flow to and from assembly lines
- Measure product dimensions
- Participate in routine testing or inspection
- Participate in training and development
- Perform inventory transactions
- Perform minor machine maintenance
- Perform quality inspection of finished product
- Provide work instructions
- Remove cut pieces from product
- Set line up accordingly
- Set up assembly lines and order specifications
- Take corrective action for equipment failure and material waste
