Assistant Manager, Logistics & Fulfillment
Tasks
- Coordinate cycle counts and inventory reconciliations
- Coordinate import export shipping documentation
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipment scheduling
- Coordinate kitting and value added services
- Coordinate onboarding for warehouse logistics partners
- Coordinate system testing and process documentation
- Ensure retailer routing compliance
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and root causes
- Maintain DTC logistics SOPs
- Maintain inventory accuracy in ERP and WMS
- Maintain logistics reporting and KPIs
- Maintain shipping schedules and monitor deadlines
- Maintain transportation records and shipping documents
- Manage Amazon FBA inventory orders
- Manage DTC shipping issue reviews
- Manage shipment tracking and communication
- Monitor carrier delivery performance
- Monitor shipment compliance to avoid delays
- Monitor warehouse performance metrics
- Oversee warehouse and 3PL fulfillment
- Provide lot code manufacturing and expiration data
- Provide shipment visibility and communicate risks
- Review and reconcile freight invoices
- Schedule order fulfillment and shipping
