Associate Director – AI Research
Tasks
- Analyze competing AI technologies and approaches
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams
- Conduct AI research and experimentation
- Develop research prototypes and proof-of-concepts
- Document research findings and benchmarking results
- Evaluate open source and commercial AI ecosystems
- Evaluate performance feasibility and enterprise applicability
- Mentor research teams and build internal knowledge base
- Monitor emerging artificial intelligence developments
- Provide technical recommendations to leadership and engineering teams
- Translate research findings into reference architecture
