Associate Director, Commercial Technology & Data Engineering
Tasks
- Align solutions with enterprise architecture and reference architectures
- Define commercial data and engineering roadmap
- Deliver governed integrations into enterprise data ecosystem
- Engineer commercial data spine integrations and modeling
- Ensure pharmaceutical regulatory and privacy compliance
- Lead commercial data foundation evolution
- Lead commercial data products integrations and activation capabilities
- Manage coach and develop multidisciplinary engineering team
- Oversee delivery of CRM patient services omnichannel engagement and consent preference management
- Partner with platform engineering to build commercial capabilities on data platform
- Reduce point to point integrations with reusable data products
- Run agile product delivery including backlog management sprint planning and coordination
- Scale data governance including quality cataloging lineage stewardship and compliance
