- Lead and grow data and analytics engineering team

- Optimize dbt features and build performance
- Oversee domain pipelines and models
- Prioritize work and set Jira milestones
- Review code and pressure test data models
- Run and improve A B tests and experimentation
- Run maintenance rotation and triage data quality alerts
