Tasks
- Build business cases for AI initiatives
- Collaborate to productionize solutions with MLOps and monitoring
- Create reusable AI product assets and reference architectures
- Define model performance drift bias monitoring and audit controls
- Define product operating model for support monitoring incident management and change control
- Design experiments evaluation frameworks and offline online testing
- Drive product lifecycle discovery MVP launch adoption iteration scale
- Establish human in the loop processes and escalation paths
- Guide feature engineering model selection prompt design and fine tuning or RAG approaches
- Identify and validate new AI opportunities
- Lead cross functional teams across data engineering and growth
- Lead hands on prototypes and MVP development
- Lead responsible AI governance fairness explainability privacy security and accountability
- Optimize model and prompt performance
- Own AI product vision and roadmap
- Prioritize AI use cases and manage tradeoffs
- Promote responsible data usage consent minimization retention and lineage
- Review code mentor team and set engineering standards
- Translate business problems into product requirements and OKRs
