Tasks
- Coordinate with master data owners and business stakeholders
- Drive process improvements and corrective actions
- Ensure data governance adherence and data quality rules
- Escalate SLA risks and delays
- Identify and implement automation opportunities
- Lead sustainment operations for product and item master data
- Monitor SLA performance and aging queues
- Oversee daily intake prioritization and execution of sustainment requests
- Perform root cause analysis for delays
- Plan resource allocation and capacity across data teams
- Prioritize tasks based on business urgency and impact
- Report KPIs including SLA adherence request backlog cycle time and volume trends
- Standardize workflows and improve process transparency
