Tasks
- Align delivery with RICS QS competencies and rules of conduct
- Build structured cost databases and cost reporting
- Champion CostX and model based take off
- Conduct commercial evaluations and risk analysis
- Deliver UK cost planning RIBA Stage 0 to 4
- Develop procurement strategies and tender documentation
- Develop training and mentoring for team capability uplift
- Drive value engineering and life cycle costing
- Implement QA QC gates and right first time outputs
- Lead quantity surveying teams
- Maintain commercial risk registers
- Manage compensation events variations and change control
- Manage end to end cost management
- Prepare bill of quantities to NRM CESMM
- Produce cost reporting forecasts CVRs and cashflow
- Provide NEC JCT FIDIC commercial leadership
- Serve as UK client commercial interface
- Standardize delivery processes SOPs templates and repositories
- Support account growth strategies
- Support bids and fee proposals
