Tasks
- Execute hardware installations and repairs
- Install NVME drives
- Install SSDs
- Monitor Jira ticket queue
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Perform IPMI troubleshooting
- Perform Linux OS troubleshooting
- Perform break/fix repairs
- Replace failed hardware components
- Support contracted technicians
- Train and mentor contracted technicians
- Troubleshoot escalated hardware issues
- Troubleshoot network physical layer connectivity
