Tasks
- Conduct Linux OS troubleshooting
- Diagnose physical layer network connectivity issues
- Execute hardware installations and repairs
- Install SSD and NVMe drives
- Mentor contract data center technicians
- Monitor Jira ticket queue
- Onboard data center technicians
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Perform IPMI level troubleshooting
- Perform break/fix repairs
- Troubleshoot autobuild failures
- Troubleshoot escalated server issues
