Tasks
- Collaborate with business analysts and process engineers
- Conduct solution design reviews for compliance risk and audit
- Create solution blueprints and flow diagrams
- Define workflow logic and exception handling
- Design AI assisted workflows and chatbot flows
- Design end-to-end solution architectures
- Design intelligent document processing workflows
- Design scalable secure compliant solution designs
- Ensure technical and data compliance with security and governance teams
- Improve design efficiency using lessons learned
- Resolve design-related issues
- Standardize solution design templates and patterns
- Support developers QA and UAT teams with design intent
- Translate business requirements into automation ready solutions
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria
