Tasks
- Assess AI vendor landscape
- Build tune and launch AI workflows and automations
- Deliver AI agents on ServiceNow platform end to end
- Design and architect custom AI solutions
- Improve IT processes and procedures for operational excellence
- Integrate ServiceNow platform with enterprise systems
- Lead enterprise AI platform architecture
- Maintain configure and operate IT services networks servers virtualization and cloud systems
- Provide L2 L3 IT system support
- Serve as help desk escalation point
- Troubleshoot identify root causes and resolve incidents
