Administrative Associate for Department of Computational, Engineering, & Mathematical Sciences
Tasks
- Coordinate faculty and student meetings
- Coordinate meetings events and special projects
- Handle supply ordering
- Maintain confidential personnel files and records
- Maintain departmental calendars
- Manage departmental communications and correspondence
- Manage office assets
- Perform procurement card reconciliation
- Post jobs and manage applications
- Process travel requests and expense reports
- Schedule interviews and support onboarding
- Serve as liaison between students faculty and administrators
- Support faculty and staff hiring coordination
- Track and process approvals for personnel actions
