Tasks
- Assist guests entering and exiting hotel
- Assist with luggage arrival and departure
- Assist with luggage during checkout
- Assist with package deliveries and luggage storage
- Assist with special events group arrivals and VIP guests
- Communicate with front desk housekeeping maintenance and food and beverage
- Coordinate transportation assistance
- Coordinate with front desk on arrivals departures and requests
- Deliver amenities messages and packages to rooms
- Deliver friendly professional personalized guest service
- Escort guests to rooms
- Follow safety and security procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of hotel entrance lobby and bell stand
- Maintain guest service standards
- Provide local directions and recommendations
- Provide parking information
- Report maintenance safety and security concerns
- Respond to guest inquiries
- Welcome guests on arrival
