Senior Technical Solutions Engineer - Platform
Tasks
- Coordinate with engineering and escalation teams
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Deliver customer advocacy and technical guidance
- Handle third party integration issues
- Improve performance in customer environments
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Provide best practices support for custom solutions
- Resolve complex platform incidents
- Troubleshoot customer issues in Databricks platform
