- Build maintain and evolve data pipelines models and dashboards
- Collaborate with data engineering on data pipeline and data warehousing improvements
- Create visualizations and data storytelling analyses
- Deliver and maintain self service data platforms
- Develop analytics solutions with product owners and stakeholders
- Develop understanding of sales and customer support data domains
- Drive adoption of analytics solutions with business teams
- Identify opportunities for advanced analytics automation and AI driven insights
- Resolve tier 2 and tier 3 technical support issues for analytics platforms
- Streamline analytics pipeline and dashboard development using agile principles
