- Analyze program reach quality outcomes and performance
- Apply statistical methods and document assumptions
- Coach MEL and program staff on data interpretation and tools
- Create dashboards and visualizations in Power BI Tableau or Excel
- Extract clean validate and reconcile program data
- Interpret findings and provide recommendations
- Lead performance reviews and reporting
- Present findings and facilitate data driven action
- Set program analysis plan
- Support evaluations learning studies and impact measurement
