Tasks

• Assess new business opportunities and fund structures
• Chair internal governance committees
• Coordinate service provider monitoring
• Drive process improvement and operational efficiency
• Ensure regulatory compliance with AIFMD and CSSF requirements
• Lead and develop AIFM senior management team
• Maintain client stakeholder relationships
• Manage operating model and delegation oversight
• Onboard new clients and products
• Oversee portfolio management and valuation oversight
• Oversee risk management and compliance functions
• Provide regulatory and operational expertise for due diligence
• Provide reporting to management board and CSSF
• Represent AIFM to CSSF and regulators
• Support business development and prospect pitches
• Support recruitment succession planning and training
