Business Continuity Plan (BCP) / Disaster Recovery (DR) – Technical Lead
Tasks
- Align recovery objectives with business priorities
- Assess risks and recommend resilience improvements
- Collaborate with infrastructure cloud application and security teams
- Define recovery strategies RTO RPO
- Design BCP and DR solutions
- Develop runbooks recovery procedures and automation scripts
- Drive continuous improvement from incidents tests and audits
- Ensure BCP and DR compliance for SOX ISO NIST
- Implement BCP and DR across infrastructure cloud and applications
- Lead DR tests simulations and tabletop exercises
- Manage DR testing calendars and compliance reporting
- Mentor engineers and regional support teams
- Own DR architecture backup replication failover restoration
- Report program health risks and metrics
- Serve as technical escalation for incidents
