- Manage client experience for data delivery
- Own end to end onboarding of data pipelines
- Perform root cause analysis and post-incident reviews
- Provide coaching, training, and performance management
- Respond to first level incidents
- Run incident maintenance and change communications
- Support audits, compliance, and data governance
