Tasks
- Build resilient secure observable scalable and cost effective AI infrastructure
- Collaborate with security privacy and platform teams for safe production deployment
- Define and lead ML infrastructure technical strategy
- Design and implement scalable ML platform services
- Develop and evolve developer APIs tools workflows and self service capabilities
- Drive CI CD automated testing and infrastructure as code adoption
- Establish and evolve platform standards for production readiness and observability
- Improve reliability scalability performance security and cost for ML workloads
- Lead complex cross team technical initiatives and influence architecture decisions
- Lead root cause analysis and implement durable platform improvements
- Mentor senior developers and raise engineering excellence
- Support ML model training inference evaluation deployment monitoring and operations
- Translate research and product goals into technical designs and engineering plans
- Work with Kubernetes Ray SageMaker and AWS for distributed training and production inference
