Tasks
- Communicate inventory and equipment issues
- Follow SOP for BOPIC
- Follow SOP for Curbside
- Follow SOP for Ship from Club
- Handle damaged goods
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Meet productivity requirements
- Meet service level agreements and performance metrics
- Move merchandise to staging area
- Package orders per standard operating procedures
- Process returns
- Pull merchandise from pick list
- Remove trash and cardboard
- Replenish merchandise inventory
- Scan merchandise with handheld RF scanner
- Verify merchandise counts
