Tasks
- Coach on-site technicians
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams
- Ensure system performance and uptime
- Investigate and resolve escalated issues
- Monitor and analyze reliability
- Plan and execute software and system updates
- Propose and support maintenance improvements
- Serve as escalation level 2 for non-core systems
