Tasks
- Collaborate with design and simulation engineers to improve testing
- Collaborate with engineering teams to review and sign off test items
- Conduct detailed data analysis for yield improvement
- Design and implement AI-enabled workflows for testing and validation
- Detect failures according to JEDEC standards
- Develop high-quality and quick testing strategies
- Develop testing patterns to enhance efficiency and quality
- Identify causes of problems through systematic analysis
- Identify design marginalities and propose circuit modifications
- Improve validation testing coverage and quality
- Plan deployment and scaling of workflows across organization
- Support validation test pattern verification with Verilog simulations
- Translate validation issues into actionable requirements
- Use data parsing and analysis to improve circuit design and test times
- Utilize engineering equipment for product characterization and failure analysis
- Work with engineering groups to resolve process and defect issues
