• Perform patch management and minor upgrades major version upgrade planning
• Perform root cause analysis for critical incidents
• Perform routine maintenance schema housekeeping index maintenance statistics updates data retention support
• Review and deploy schema changes and manage lifecycle EOL planning
• Troubleshoot complex production issues data corruption replication failures performance degradation
