- Build project timelines and resource allocation plans
- Collaborate with software firmware mechanical and quality teams
- Conduct trade off analysis and feasibility studies
- Create work breakdown and risk assessments
- Develop documentation for hardware designs
- Develop hardware from specifications and component selection
- Develop hardware test plan and test procedures
- Lead hardware design and development
- Manage hardware development lifecycle
- Mentor and manage hardware engineers
- Perform integration verification validation qualification
- Perform root cause analysis and problem solving
- Prepare project proposals scheduling and costing
- Report project progress with KPI
- Support requirement analysis and validation
