• Conduct 1 to 1 meetings and manage feedback
• Coordinate functional releases every two weeks
• Define align and track team KPI metrics
• Facilitate cross team and cross department collaboration
• Improve internal team processes
• Manage collaboration across multiple locations
• Participate in SAFe activities
• Participate in hiring
• Plan long term and short term work
• Remove blockers for team
• Report weekly task status
• Run status meetings planning and retrospectives
• Support employee development with Tech Lead
• Track task estimates and planning
• Use Jira and BigPicture for delivery planning
