Staff Enterprise AI Engineer - Agentic Workflows & Productivity
Tasks
- Build agent workflows across PDLC ideation development deployment
- Build and operate model infrastructure
- Build reference agents RAG pipelines and integrations
- Create evaluation quality and monitoring for agent workflows
- Debug nondeterministic retrieval and generation behavior
- Define technical strategy standards patterns and governance for agentic workflows
- Design agent factory patterns and templates
- Enable adoption of notebook and search capabilities
- Establish cross platform agent interoperability contracts and schema mapping
- Implement IAM and tenant isolation
- Implement cross perimeter authentication
- Integrate CI CD deployment and monitoring
- Lead code reviews pairing and design reviews
- Manage external delivery partner scope and quality
- Mentor engineers
- Own enterprise AI platform architecture and rollout
- Set up observability and cost monitoring
- Stand up identity federation and security guardrails
