Tasks
- Complete electronic enrollment processing
- Ensure smooth transition to account management team
- Handle client inquiries by phone email and mail
- Identify and correct file errors
- Load electronic files
- Maintain legalshield group accounts with electronic enrollment
- Manage employee benefit group account onboarding
- Provide status updates to stakeholders
- Pull and convert electronic files
- Review enrollment payment history and billing invoices
- Schedule and facilitate onboarding meetings
- Set up system and contractual onboarding
