Business Intelligence Analyst (People Technology and Analytics)
Tasks
- Analyze data to identify gaps and opportunities
- Automate and optimize reporting
- Build test and maintain data models and datasets
- Collaborate with data engineering on data pipelines
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources
- Define KPIs and metrics
- Design develop and maintain dashboards
- Develop and validate hypotheses
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance
- Gather business requirements
- Monitor KPIs and identify trends and risks
- Standardize and maintain KPI definitions
