• Assist with CPE turn up
• Configure CPE in warehouse
• Coordinate change control

• Coordinate provisioning for customer acceptance
• Create update and close remedy tickets
• Disconnect services at customer premises
• Drive and maintain company vehicle
• Follow labeling standards
• Follow standard operating procedures
• Install services at customer premises
• Load configuration from work package
• Migrate services
• Perform CPE testing
• Perform functional testing
• Perform performance testing
• Perform risk assessments for electrical hazards
• Plan daily route and stock supplies
• Power up equipment for activation
• Pre stage equipment per work order
• Test and verify services with install team
• Upgrade services
