Tasks
- Act as primary escalation point for facilities issues
- Communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences
- Coordinate projects with IT managers and business leaders
- Create and deploy standard operating practices
- Direct and support technicians in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
- Ensure safety procedures adherence for vendors and staff
- Establish facility performance benchmarks and prepare reports
- Oversee operation and management of routine and emergency services
- Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures
- Respond to out of hours emergency calls
- Support build out of new facilities
- Train and guide engineering operations technicians
- Troubleshoot facility systems within internal SLA
- Utilize Microsoft Excel Word Outlook for day to day tasks
