Cloud Application Support Engineer for Analytics Platforms (Tableau, Dremio, Posit)
Tasks
- Assign permissions at site and object level
- Conduct ad hoc upgrades and maintenance
- Coordinate releases in staging and production
- Create service projects and user accounts
- Distribute software licenses
- Document release notes and rollback plans
- Escalate and resolve vendor support cases
- Implement application monitoring
- Maintain configuration documentation and diagrams
- Monitor security vulnerabilities
- Participate in support cadence calls
- Perform backups and scheduled upgrades
- Provide audit logs and reports
- Provide customer onboarding support
- Schedule and manage application changes
- Troubleshoot production issues
