Tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
- Deploy Azure resources with Infrastructure as Code
- Develop automation for repetitive tasks
- Execute pipelines scripts and automated processes
- Improve cloud support operations
- Maintain support documentation and workflows
- Onboard data landing zones requirements gathering
- Provide first level technical support via ServiceNow
- Provision configure and modify Azure and Databricks resources
- Troubleshoot Databricks and cloud requests
