Tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
- Develop automation for repetitive activities
- Execute pipelines scripts and automated processes
- Gather analyze technical requirements
- Maintain documentation for support workflows

- Provide first level technical support via ServiceNow
- Provision configure Azure and Databricks resources
