Tasks
- Communicate expired or short dated items
- Communicate inventory problems
- Determine return handling via DDR or membership desk
- Follow SOP for BOPIC curbside ship from club
- Handle damaged goods and spoiled products
- Maintain SFC area cleanliness
- Meet OMNI service level agreements
- Meet productivity requirements
- Move merchandise to staging area
- Package orders per standard operating procedures
- Process member purchases
- Process returns to club
- Pull orders from pick list
- Replenish sales floor inventory
- Scan merchandise using handheld RF scanner
- Update merchandise locations
- Verify merchandise counts
