- Architect end to end AI solution roadmaps
- Conduct solution design reviews and raise delivery standards
- Define hybrid retrieval and knowledge architectures
- Define safety guardrails and hallucination control
- Design and lead multi agent multimodal systems
- Drive enterprise model deployment across cloud on prem and edge
- Ensure production readiness with monitoring drift detection and incident response
- Establish AI in SDLC frameworks
- Establish evaluation frameworks and regression suites
- Implement SLM distillation fine tuning and quantization patterns
- Lead red teaming and adversarial testing
- Lead solutioning and technical direction for GenAI and agentic AI
- Mentor AI engineers and run technical reviews
- Own reference architectures and reusable design patterns
- Partner with engineering data science product and DX leadership
- Set technical hiring and engineering interview standards
- Support pre sales solutioning and effort estimation
