Tasks
- Bridge business and technical teams
- Contribute to dashboards and reports
- Coordinate tasks across teams regions and stakeholders
- Create project plans, timelines, and milestones
- Facilitate workshops and align on goals and requirements
- Gather and prioritize business needs with stakeholders
- Gather and summarize stakeholder feedback
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve reporting
- Prepare presentations and update project documentation
- Promote consistent reporting standards and ways of working
- Support KPI development and improve reporting standards
- Support KPI tracking and business performance monitoring
- Support change management and adoption of new ways of working
- Support continuous improvement of analytics and insights
- Support projects end to end
- Support testing validation and implementation activities
- Track progress identify risks and resolve challenges
- Track value and impact of initiatives
- Translate business needs into actionable requirements
