- Collaborate with technical teams to develop products

- Create industry-research-based points of view and reusable assets
- Design and implement CX solutions using Google CCAI and Gen AI products
- Develop differentiated CX management solutions for clients
- Formulate CX target operating models
- Lead CCaaS migrations and legacy solution clients
- Lead Google Contact Center Offering and practice development
- Manage agile delivery and continuous improvement
- Participate in pre-sales activities including RFP responses and proofs of concept
- Perform CX capability assessments and develop roadmaps
- Understand business requirements with customer-centric focus
