Tasks
- Balance latency throughput quality and operational efficiency
- Conduct design and code reviews
- Define AI guardrails and decision boundaries
- Define evaluation frameworks and quality standards
- Deliver AI accelerators from concept to production
- Develop orchestration frameworks and retrieval systems
- Drive architecture decisions for model routing inference optimization caching batching and cost management
- Ensure alignment with security compliance and responsible AI requirements
- Ensure scalability reliability and measurable impact
- Establish human in the loop escalation processes
- Hire mentor coach engineers
- Implement testing and regression strategies for releases
- Integrate tools into conversational experiences
- Lead end to end development of AI agent capabilities
- Optimize real time and batch system performance
- Participate in technical planning and operational readiness
- Provide technical leadership for architecture design patterns and best practices
- Set metrics for accuracy grounding citation relevance reliability
