Customer Fulfillment Manager
Tasks
- Collect vendor time sheets and generate invoices
- Distribute and collect customer feedback surveys
- Ensure delivery of parts tools and services
- Maintain OneSteam ERP system input
- Manage outage project controls
- Place outage demand into fulfillment systems
- Request parts schedule repairs and assign labor
- Support customer communication outage closeout and deliverables
- Support customer outage planning and logistics
- Track customer billing and collections
- Track outage progress
