Customer Implementation Manager, AI Solutions
Tasks
- Build scalable onboarding processes from sales to implementation
- Coach implementation specialists on conversational design prompt optimization and automation
- Conduct customer discovery sessions
- Configure AI prompts workflows and routing logic
- Configure greetings business hours and transfers
- Design deterministic conversational flows
- Develop implementation playbooks documentation and technical standards
- Drive customer adoption and go lives
- Establish prompt engineering and AI workflow best practices
- Evaluate AI outputs and refine prompts
- Improve implementation quality speed and operational efficiency
- Integrate prebuilt tools APIs and platform integrations
- Lead AI implementation team
- Resolve escalations and complex implementation issues
- Review AI configurations for quality consistency and scalability
- Test AI prompts workflows and experiences
- Train customers on AI solution management
- Translate requirements into AI solution designs
